feat: scoped-prefix wildcard routing + bb_http_req_uri in bb_http_server (#937)

- bb_dispatch_api_add/_lookup: a path ending in '*' registers a
  wildcard-prefix entry; lookup is two-pass (exact entries always win,
  including method-mismatch claiming the path; wildcard entries only
  consulted on no exact path match, longest matching prefix wins)
- bb_http_req_uri(): new portable accessor returning the request's URI
  path (query string stripped), implemented on ESP-IDF and the host fake
- host tests for wildcard dispatch ordering/precedence and bb_http_req_uri
  round-trip/truncation, plus coverage-gate fill-in for pre-existing
  bb_http_host.c gaps surfaced by touching the file
