* docs: add agent setup skill and AGENTS.md for dual run paths

Introduce aaemu-setup skill with PowerShell/Bash asset inventory (HitL
for multi-GB downloads), root AGENTS.md for agents, and ignore .client_files.

* docs: enrich AGENTS.md with architecture and task routing

Give coding agents a high-signal map of runtime topology, project layout, data stores, startup/DI, packets, domain terms, and where to change code.

* docs: polish aaemu-setup skill from review feedback

Use numeric network ports in Config.Local templates, create .client_files only when fetching the launcher, and drop the hard-coded Unity 7z path.
