feat: add bb_data_http esp-idf backend + bench-flash de-risk example (#926)

Wires bb_data_http's injected render/generation/send seams to real
bb_data/socket calls and drives bb_data_http_sweep_step() from ONE
process-lifetime broadcaster task (platform/espidf/bb_data_http/
bb_data_http_espidf.c), plus a throwaway examples/bb_data_http_derisk/
firmware to bench-flash-validate it ahead of the B1-1045 cutover.
