fix: stop bb_collection/bb_claim/bb_registry public headers leaking <pthread.h> (#925)

- route lock usage through bb_lock_t (bb_core), lazily bb_lock_init()'d
  via bb_once_run on first use, preserving the 'no explicit init call
  needed' contract of BB_COLLECTION_DEFINE/BB_CLAIM_INIT/BB_REGISTRY_DEFINE
- convert raw pthread_mutex_t fields/consumers to bb_lock_t end-to-end in
  bb_collection.c, bb_claim.c, bb_registry.c (mirrors B1-691/#924)
- extend the public-header-leak lint regex to catch pthread.h now that a
  full-tree sweep confirms no other public header leaks it
