fix(compliance): resolve CSP, TLS 1.3, and e2e tsconfig findings (#98, #100, #101)

Closes #98, #100, #101. Adds a strict CSP header (ASVS V14.4.4), an opt-in TLS 1.3-only direct-TLS path (ASVS V9.1.2/V9.1.3), and a Playwright e2e tsconfig. PEM parsing uses rustls-pki-types' PemObject (rustls-pemfile is unmaintained, RUSTSEC-2025-0134).
