Benchmark suite: verify + upgrade to server 1.0.0-alpha3, wire all SDK benches (#195)

Adds the verification report/upgrade plan and implements it: align seeding
with the gated bootstrap flow (cookie session + CSRF), authenticate the gRPC
authz scenarios, add REST authz scenarios, wire all seven SDK client benches,
default the AXIAM target to the prebuilt ghcr image, and bump competitor pins
(Keycloak 26.7.0, Zitadel v4.15.2).
