fix(tests): update stale mock detector contract in language-check tests

checkLanguage()'s injectable $detector callable changed shape when the ELD
swap landed (b49a1401d): from a language=>probability map to ['lang' =>
string, 'reliable' => bool]. Two tests still injected the old-style map
(['fr' => 0.70, 'en' => 0.21]), so $lang resolved to '' and the flag
condition was never true, making checkLanguage() return null instead of
flagging — failing "assertNotNull($result)" in both.
