record A8 durability run in the review ledger

Run 3: 200 WAL + 200 DELETE reopens after a mid-write SIGKILL,
all PASS — 0 corruption, 0 lost-write, 0 hang on xqlite defaults.
Negative controls (byte-smash, deleted commit, journal_mode=off)
all tripped, proving the harness has teeth. A8 moves from NONE to
one covering run; not yet DRY. A process-kill is not power-loss.
