feat: return to previously-active session when the active one is closed

Closing the active session now reselects the most-recently-active surviving session (reusing the recency stack Ctrl-Tab maintains) instead of the positional neighbor, scoped to the closing session's own workspace (and the flagged set in flagged sidebar mode). When that scope is empty the MRU widens; an empty recency stack falls back to the existing positional reselection. All three close paths share one host-free helper in agtermCore.
