feat: optional notification sound (Settings > Notifications)

Adds a Notification sound picker to Settings > Notifications: a system sound (None by default) attached as UNNotificationSound to each delivered desktop banner, in both the OSC 9/777 path and the control notify path. Riding the banner means the sound follows the banners toggle, the notification authorization, and Do Not Disturb, so a banners-off user is never audibly interrupted.
