fix: exclude autocompact buffer from context usage breakdown (#2241)

The SDK reports the autocompact buffer as a context category, which caused the breakdown total to exceed totalUsed and free space to be driven to 0 after metadata capacity correction. Treat the buffer as a reserved value for the autoCompactThreshold calculation and visual buffer zone only, not as a usage row.

- Skip autocompact-named categories in ContextFetcher.toContextInfo breakdown

- Filter autocompact rows from ContextUsageBar breakdown list

- Update daemon and web tests to assert buffer is hidden but threshold/buffer visuals remain
