chore(release): bump openapi.json info.version to 1.0.0-alpha2

Match the committed OpenAPI spec's info.version to the bumped crate version
so the OpenAPI drift gate (fresh --dump-openapi export vs committed spec)
passes. Only the version string changes; the spec is otherwise identical.
