feat: add AST debug panel to demo and standalone dump-ast script

Debugging analyzer/diagnostic logic against a specific parse shape
previously meant writing a one-off script to call XQuery31Full and
log the tree each time. scripts/dump-ast.ts makes that reusable, and
the same tree is now viewable live in the demo playground via a
toggleable AST panel.
