release: 0.2.1 (polish - send_text, webhook example, docs.rs badges) (#22)

Non-breaking polish from the product pass. Adds Client::send_text (one-line
plain-text send) and examples/webhook.rs (Svix verification, gated on
webhook-verify). Surfaces feature badges on docs.rs (rustdoc-args + doc(cfg) on
RetryPolicy/with_retry_policy/verify_*), adds a crate-level Coverage + Features
overview, and resolves the 44 Client:: intra-doc links. README gains an MSRV
line, send_text in the quickstart, webhook-example and Contributing sections;
crates.io metadata tuned (async keyword, asynchronous category). MSRV 1.86
re-verified.
