docs: resolve Client:: intra-doc links in types modules (#21)

The type modules reference [`Client::method`] in their doc comments, but
`Client` (crate root) is not in scope there, so 44 links rendered as plain
text instead of hyperlinks on docs.rs. Qualify them as
[`Client::method`](crate::Client::method) so they resolve while keeping the
short display text. `cargo doc --all-features` now passes under
-D rustdoc::broken_intra_doc_links (and -D warnings).
