feat: attachment metadata, download, and SendAttachment (#13)

Adds get_message_attachment / get_thread_attachment / get_draft_attachment
(returning the canonical Attachment with its short-lived download_url), and a
download_attachment(&Attachment) convenience that fetches the presigned S3 URL
without the API bearer token (Error::NoDownloadUrl when the field is absent).
Adds Message.attachments and the SendAttachment upload type for later
send/draft use. 4 wiremock tests including the no-auth presigned download.
