feat: Threads API (list, filter, search, get, update, delete) (#2)

Adds the threads resource on the modular base: list_threads(_page),
list_threads_filtered, search_threads(_page) (full-text, highlights surfaced in
Thread::highlights), get_thread (with its messages), update_thread (label
add/remove -> UpdatedThread), delete_thread. ThreadListFilters reuses the
shared QueryBuilder; the single permissive Thread type covers list, get, and
search shapes. 6 wiremock tests.
