Landing page rewrite (#5657)

* Rewrite landing page with new sections and visual polish

Replaces the old hero cards, video, and How It Works sections with new
content sections: AI workflow, accessibility, community, structured data,
built for libraries, and case study carousel. Converts torn-paper cream
sections to straight-edge video-bg.png style. Fixes section transitions,
header opacity, carousel arrows, and stat card spacing.

* Redesign case study carousel and refine section backgrounds

Replaces floating SVG quote marks with gold left-border blockquotes;
moves institution name/subtitle to card top and logo to card bottom.
Switches cream sections from torn-paper to straight-edge video-bg.png.
Converts testimonials section to cream background with white cards.
Adds LVA, Baylor, and Ayn Rand logo assets.
