feat: sdk flavour metrics and custom headers

This adds two headers we accept to Unleash SDK metrics:

sdk-flavor
sdk-flavor-version

They are counted as labels on our SDK metrics, so we can differentiate
between an actual SDK and an integration (OpenFeature provider,
React/Vue SDKs etc).
This also adds the feature flag to be used for rollout and testing
