GH-251 - Redefine is_current_file; add page_location (canonical)

is_current_file($path) now takes a site-rooted literal - the same
form as site_path's argument - so a nav link and its current-page
test can share one literal:

  <yatt:if "&yatt:is_current_file(/auth/login);">

Accepted forms: canonical (/auth/login), physical
(/auth/login.yatt), and directory form for index pages (/auth/).
Mount prefix and request spelling do not affect the result.
(The old spec - full string match against file_location - was
marked 'XXX: not yet tested' and unusable under sub-path mounts.)

page_location is the canonical counterpart of file_location, based
on the physical file name: dir_location + last-ext-trimmed name
(omitted for index). Completes the vocabulary: file (physical) /
page (canonical) / request_* (as requested). Also exposed as entity.
