docs(changelog): expand unwind routing fix scope; polish tests
  - CHANGELOG: clarify that the UNWIND-first dispatch reorder covers
    DELETE, DETACH DELETE, SET, and REMOVE in explicit transactions, and
    that per-row mutation counters (nodes/relationships created/deleted,
    properties set, labels added) are aggregated into Bolt result
    summaries — not just relationship deletion counters.
  - pkg/bolt: comment the rollback assertion so it's obvious the
    verification uses a fresh autocommit session.Run that observes only
    committed state, which is why count == 1 proves rollback worked.
  - pkg/cypher: restructure the UNWIND delete routing benchmark to
    pre-build every iteration's fixture before b.ResetTimer(), so the hot
    path only measures BEGIN/UNWIND-DELETE/COMMIT instead of engine setup
    and node/edge seeding. Extract fixture population into a helper.
