test(reply): drop obsolete subjectItemName tests from ChatReplyPane spec

The reply-header rework (f6800a609) replaced the OFFER/WANTED item-name
subtitle (the subjectItemName computed) with the poster's profile info
(ratings, last-seen, distance) to mirror the chat header; the item is now
shown as the post card in the body. That commit removed the computed but
left the 'subject processing' tests that asserted on it, so vitest failed
(3 tests). Remove the tests for the deleted feature.

Verified: ChatReplyPane.spec.js now 39/39 green locally.
