[#30] Fix cascade answer serialization causing stuck draft submissions

Resolve issue where cascade answers were being serialized as display names instead of IDs when fetched from backend's /draft-list endpoint. The backend rejects these name values on subsequent sync attempts, causing submissions to become stuck.

Add `repairCascadeAnswers` function to convert cascade answer names back to IDs by querying the local cascade sqlite database. This repair is applied during batch processing before syncing datapoints, allowing previously stuck drafts to sync successfully.
