feat: show agent status on dashboard cells

Each dashboard cell's name chip now doubles as the session's agent-status
light. A non-idle session fills the pill with its status color (honoring a
`session.status --color` override) and draws the name in a WCAG-contrasting
black/white so it stays readable over any fill. A blinking status pulses a
color wash on top of the opaque pill; an idle session keeps the muted
theme-selection pill.

The wash is not an opacity fade. Fading the whole pill let the highlighted
cell's frame ring bleed through the chip. GhosttyApp.contrastingText moves to
WCAG relative luminance so a saturated mid-tone like systemGreen correctly
picks black text instead of unreadable white.
