feat: add BB_TYPE_REF composed-section reference-child to bb_serialize walker (#834)

- add BB_TYPE_REF to bb_type_t plus field.ref_key for sibling registry lookup
- bb_serialize_walk_ref() resolver seam (resolve/resolve_ctx); bb_serialize_walk()
  is now a thin NULL-resolver wrapper, zero behavior change for existing callers
- unresolved/absent siblings omit the field entirely, same convention as
  present-false; a REF hop shares the OBJ depth-cap accounting, bounding
  resolver cycles deterministically
- bb_serialize_json_render_ref() mirrors bb_serialize_json_render() for the
  new resolver-aware entry point
- host tests: happy path, unregistered sibling, resolve==NULL, present-gate
  short-circuit, and a byte-exact 2-node cycle truncation; JSON golden case
