fix(chat): render System chat messages instead of a raw error dump

A chat message of type "System" - e.g. the "Sorry — the item you replied about
has now been taken, so it's no longer available." notice posted into a replier's
chat when the post is taken/withdrawn (RippleReplyService) - fell through to
ChatMessage.vue's "Unknown chat message type {type}, {chat} {chatmessage}"
fallback, dumping the raw chat + message JSON (internal ids, avatar URL, snippet,
etc.) into the conversation for the member to see.

"System" is a first-class chat_messages type (and utils.CHAT_MESSAGE_SYSTEM); the
component simply never had a branch for it. Add one that renders
chatmessage.message as a plain, centred system notice.

Test: ChatMessage renders a System message as its text, not the unknown-type dump.
