Commit Message

feat(release): ship amd64 and arm64 deb packages on compiler release

Add root nfpm.yaml and Taskfile targets (install:nfpm, build:deb, test:deb)
to package pre-built Linux binaries as Debian packages. Extend the release
workflow to build .deb artifacts and upload them with existing GitHub
Release assets.

Document Debian and Ubuntu installation in README and docs/installation.
