fix(deps): bump srvx to 0.11.22 in the lockfile to unblock npm ci

CI's vitest npm ci failed: lock file's srvx@0.11.21 does not satisfy srvx@0.11.22.
srvx is pulled transitively via the floating alias h3-next: npm:h3@^2.0.1-rc.7
(@nuxt/test-utils); its current RC requires srvx@0.11.22 while the lockfile pinned
0.11.21. Bump the srvx node to 0.11.22 (latest, satisfies parent ^0.11.15).
Verified with a fresh npm ci in isolation. Applied directly to master as a CI fix.
