fix(container): search scope by instance from child to parent (#90)

getScopeByInstanceOrFail walked the scope tree from parent to child via
BFS. Reverse the direction so it checks the current scope first, then
delegates up the parent chain (terminating at EmptyContainer), matching
the natural resolution direction where a scope can see its ancestors'
instances but not its descendants'.
