feat: add store adapter seam + xdgpath (MC-15) (#2)

- store: Source/Store interfaces, ErrUnsupported, Chain (ascending-precedence
  read merge, single writable-layer write routing)
- store/defaults: in-memory Store adapter, RWMutex-guarded
- store/env: read-only Source over env vars (deliberately not a Store)
- store/xdgfile: JSON-file Store adapter via xdgpath, eager (New) or lazy
  (NewAt) load, staged Set + Save flush
- xdgpath: XDG config/cache dir resolution forced to ~/.config and ~/.cache
  on all platforms including macOS (fixes pogopin BR-86)
