Flip to the extracted inspector module (X-2 / SP-12 complete)

pages/inspector is gone; the router, linkrate provider, and tests
import github.com/jarvisfriends/inspector — the package extracted
verbatim (suite included) to its own repo, keeping the dependency
direction tui-base -> inspector. The router gains one translation
case: the host-agnostic inspector emits ApplyThemeMsg from its
accessibility tab, and tui-base maps it onto settings.ThemeMsg.

go.mod pins a pseudo-version of inspector master; bump to v0.1.0 once
the tag exists. README/compatibility/ROADMAP updated — SP-12's feared
untangling had mostly evaporated after the wholesale move (theme was
a pure alias shim over snap/styles, table styles and rendercheck
already came from snap, and the overlay stack stays host-side).
