Add codecov (#33)

- filewatch: fsnotify -> tea.Cmd bridge. Parent-directory watch so atomic
  temp+rename writes are observed; debounced bursts; Next()/Stop()
  lifecycle; race-tested including rename, filtering, and coalescing.
- Options.WatchSettingsFile: external edits to tui_settings.json reload
  live (theme re-applied via ThemeMsg) and raise a notification; the
  app's own saves are detected by JSON comparison and stay silent.
  RouterModel.Close releases the watch; tuibase.Run/RunContext defer it.
- Inspector "Link" tab: estimated remote-link data rate. Tx prices
  key/mouse/paste input as ANSI wire bytes (drags = SGR reports); Rx
  prices frames as a line-diff renderer would transmit. 1s/5s/60s
  averages, peaks, totals, required B/s + bit/s. Collection bound to the
  provider lifecycle - zero cost while the inspector is closed.
* Show estimated link rate in the status bar (inspector closed)
Extends the I-10 link meter the same way GC stats reach the status bar:
the inspector's status summary gains an "Include link rate" toggle
(inspector Settings tab, on by default once the summary is enabled)
that renders compact 5-second tx/rx averages.

- linkRateMeter: demand model — the inspector Link tab and the status
  summary independently demand collection; the meter runs while either
  wants it and resets only on idle -> active transitions, so opening
  the inspector no longer clears an ongoing status-bar session.
- inspector: summaryFlags.ShowLink + settings row; the router injects
  the text via SetLinkRateSummary and syncs demand each View from
  StatusSummaryLinkEnabled.
- Tests: demand union/reset, statusLine format, and the full
  inspector-closed status-summary path.
keys, geom, datepicker, timepicker, gate, and winterm leave this repo, and
the dependency/build-info reader moves from common to snap/dependencies —
all imported back from the published snap v0.1.0 tag per Q-20/SP-2
