test: extract runLiveCapture for fake-handle testing to lift coverage to 80%+

- Introduce a minimal liveHandle interface satisfied by *pcap.Handle so
  the live-capture filter/output-file/packet-loop logic can be unit
  tested via a fake PacketDataSource without OS capture permissions
- Add drawlscan_live_test.go covering BPF filter apply/error, output
  file creation/validation/failure, count limit, timeout, channel-close
  handling, and the geoip path
- cmd/main coverage: 46.4% -> 82.5%; overall project coverage: 88.8%
