test(config): cover cross-file dupes, checkImportEntry, TOML strict, abs paths

- add tests for cross-file duplicate task names (two imports + inline collision)
- add test for checkImportEntry rejecting extra fields on import entries
- add test for TOML unknown fields rejection (DisallowUnknownFields)
- add test for absolute import path rejection
- repurpose diamond.yml a.yml/b.yml for cross-file duplicate detection
- rename recursive.yml→multi-import.yml, tasks/nested.yml→tasks/check-task.yml
- drop redundant checkUniqueTaskNames call before import expansion
- invert resolveImports if/else to early-continue, reduce nesting
- switch checkUniqueTaskNames from strings.ToLower to strings.EqualFold
- reject absolute import paths with filepath.IsAbs
- use DisallowUnknownFields in TOML import decoder for strict parsing
- update site/docs/llms.txt import rules to match current design
- remove stray "default": {} from schemas/playbook.json
