feat: backlog epic ergonomics + created-time filter/sort/display (#102)

- ItemFilter gains Epic/EpicsOnly/CreatedSince/SortByCreated; ls items --epic
  <id> lists an epic's children, --epics lists epics, --since <dur|date>
  filters by creation time, --sort created orders newest-first; created now
  shown in ls items rows and exposed to get/search domain=backlog (epic,
  epics_only, since, sort — shared internal/backlog.ParseSinceCutoff so CLI
  and MCP parse identically); SearchItems honors sort=created too
- backlog write (create/update) validates a non-empty epic resolves to an
  existing item (alias-aware), atomically rolling back a dangling/typo'd
  epic id, mirroring the existing edge target-exists check; clearing epic
  stays a no-op, not an error
