refactor: delete the bb_init walker component (#798)

the legacy DI self-registration walker (bb_init_init_early/_pre_http/
_regular + BB_INIT_REGISTER* macros + -u force-keep cmake helper) is the
last of the demolished DI/autowire surface. no component self-registers
anymore, so the walker's lists are empty and bb_prov's bb_init_init*()
calls were no-ops; strip them and delete the component, its platform TUs,
tests, and cmake/bb_init.cmake. route composition is now the consumer's
job via codegen/handwire. bb_display_ek79007's vestigial include of the
cmake helper is dropped (its -u keep is self-contained).
