Add geometry optimization tests for flat trajectories and untimed outputs (#408)

- Parametrize `test_energies` with a fully flat trajectory (all energies
  identical): `energies` is recorded but `final_energy_difference` stays unset.
- Add an end-to-end `normalize` test for the same scenario, checking that
  `SinglePoint` tasks are still created per output.
- Add a test for outputs without wall-time information: timing-based linking
  is skipped and the serial fallback connects each task to its predecessor.

These scenarios were previously validated only manually with mock VASP data
during the review of #373.
