Return static from accessor set() so companions can extend cleanly

The typed AdditionalProperties/UnevaluatedProperties companion classes emitted
by the generator already return static (matching the fluent setter convention
used elsewhere in the model). Aligning the bases removes an inconsistency where
a caller who upgrades or downgrades between typed and untyped subschemas would
see the return type flip between void and static.
