fix: preserve coefficient signs in QDriftTrotterization (#165)

* fix: preserve coefficient signs in QDriftTrotterization

The pass replaced every sampled coefficient with 1.0, discarding the
sign so negative-coefficient terms rotated in the wrong direction. Only
the magnitude (which sets the sampling probability) is now dropped; the
sign is preserved via a new _unit_sign helper that treats near-zero
(<1e-12) coefficients as +1.
