feat(voicepost): full-funnel instrumentation via clientlog

Rich, session-correlated events (useClientLog -> POST /clientlog) covering the
whole funnel so we can judge effectiveness:
- how often the choice was shown (voicepost_entry / voicepost_choice_shown)
- voice-vs-keyboard split (voicepost_method_chosen)
- record start + failure reasons (voicepost_record_start / _record_error)
- transcription result incl duration + char counts (voicepost_transcribed)
  and failures (voicepost_finish_error)
- whether they played their recording (voicepost_played_recording)
- re-records (voicepost_rerecord)
- on post: consent-to-play, title/desc edited-or-not + char delta, played_back,
  rerecord_count, seconds_on_review (voicepost_posted)
- drop-off from review (voicepost_review_abandoned)

Bandit counters retained for the headline A/B rates. Event schema documented in
plans/voice-posting-prototype.md.
