fix: hide the titlebar decoration band in hidden toolbar mode

hidden toolbar mode left `_NSTitlebarDecorationView` visible — a full-width,
titlebar-height sibling of NSTitlebarView that paints a vibrancy material band
on macOS 26. with the traffic lights gone and the custom row collapsed to the
3px drag strip, nothing covered it, so it showed as a textured band over the
full-bleed terminal. hide it symmetrically with the traffic-light buttons
(hidden only in hidden mode, not fullscreen); tall/compact keep AppKit's normal
titlebar rendering.
