feat: add quick type and quick text control commands (#177)

Adds `quick type` and `quick text` to the control API, the quick-terminal twins of `session type` / `session text`, so the quick terminal can be typed into and read back over the socket (previously drivable only as show/hide/toggle).

- `agtermctl quick type TEXT` (or `--stdin`) injects keystrokes into the frontmost window's quick terminal.
- `agtermctl quick text [--all] [--lines N]` reads its screen back (the read-back for `quick type`).

Frontmost-window-only, async with a bounded realize poll like `session type` so `quick show; quick type` back-to-back doesn't race the surface mount. Full keep-in-sync: Command cases, host-free dispatcher validation, agtermctl subcommands, dispatcher/CLI/protocol round-trip tests, an e2e, and docs (control-api, agent skill count 53 to 55, README, site).
