Restrict hypothesis tests to generative predicates

Move the fixed NeXus constants (NX_class, signal, axes,
auxiliary_signals, units) exclusively into the example-based unit test:
they are input-independent, so re-asserting them per generated example
added no information. The property test now only checks what varies
with input: group count/order, exhaustive i<j pairing against the
itertools.combinations oracle, title-to-long_name consistency, and
dataset-path completeness.

Add a metamorphic property: a bijective rename of the input names must
transform exactly the name-derived attribute values (axis long_names,
titles) and leave every other attribute untouched — covering the
constants generatively without mirroring their literals.
