Add derived published profile indexing path (#154)

* Add derived published profile indexing path

Requirements: let callers execute local derived variants of resolved published profiles, overriding cluster_count while preserving the originating profile contract.

Design: add a caller-visible resolved-profile execution surface, preserve non-overridden published semantics, isolate caller-derived variants from published version mappings, and apply the same validation rules.

Validation: cover resolved-profile execution, 0.7.0 cluster_count overrides, published-contract isolation, and derived-profile materializability failures.

Validate resolved published profile versions explicitly and ensure the isolation test executes a derived variant before asserting the published mapping remains unchanged.

* Avoid double published profile resolution

Refactor published-profile run construction so version-selected construction reuses the already-resolved profile while the resolved-profile entry point still validates supported versions.
