enhance(inquire): Enable bracketed paste in inline reply (#854)

Pasting multi-line text into the inline reply prompt used to submit the
reply early, because each embedded newline was replayed as a keystroke
and the first one triggered submission. Reedline now enables bracketed
paste for the duration of the prompt, so pasted text (including
newlines) is inserted into the buffer literally instead of being
interpreted as key presses.

Terminals that don't support bracketed paste simply ignore the enable
sequence, so this is safe to turn on unconditionally.
