feat: bb_wifi reads creds via injected bb_wifi_creds provider (bb_settings default) (#776)

Adds bb_wifi_set_creds_provider() so bb_wifi's live-creds CONNECT path
(wifi_connect_sta_ex live branch + bb_wifi_autoinit's skip-gate) reads
through an injected bb_wifi_creds_provider_t when set, falling back to
today's bb_nv_config_wifi_ssid/pass reads otherwise (byte-identical,
zero regression). smoke composes bb_settings' default provider before
bb_init_init_early(). Pending-creds path (CONFIG_BB_WIFI_RECONFIGURE)
stays on bb_nv, deferred per KB 781 wifi-PR3 scope.
