* fix(agent): preserve numbered log rotations during uninstall

Extend the .log preservation from gh #3672 to also keep numbered
rotations like agent.log.1 through agent.log.999, not just a bare
.log file. Matching is tiered by expected frequency (bare .log,
then single-digit rotation, then an exhaustive check for the rest)
and always compares against a fixed 8-char tail of the file name so
cost doesn't scale with directory size or file name length. Logic
is extracted into un.IsLogFile for reuse/readability.
