* fix: address ScriptSure pharmacy search PR review

- Make usePharmacySearch generic over its search-param type and revert
  useScriptSurePharmacySearch to a thin wrapper, removing the duplicated
  hook body and restoring a single source of truth.
- Omit the specialties key entirely when no category is selected so no
  stray undefined field reaches the search bot.
- Memoize search placeholders and document that getExtraSearchParams must
  be memoized by callers.
- Add coverage for specialty option constants and the no-category-selected
  search path.
