Build slice query points directly instead of via PPMain

aalto-boss 1.12 decrements the 1-based pp_model_slice indices inside
PPMain.__init__, but 1.15 no longer does, so the previous code crashed
with an IndexError on newer releases. Constructing the query grid
directly (meshgrid over the slice bounds, remaining dimensions fixed to
the global-minimum point) reproduces build_query_points byte-for-byte,
is independent of the changed indexing convention, and drops the
per-slice-per-iteration PPMain instantiations along with their
file-output side effects.
