feat: bbtool autowire init-codegen (bb_app_init.c from // bbtool:init markers) (#764)

- add wire_parse.py: pure parser for `// bbtool:init tier= fn= [provides=] [requires=] [server=]` grep markers
- add wire_graph.py: per-tier (early/pre_http/regular) topo-sort over requires->provides edges, order= then parse-order tie-break
- add commands/wire.py: grep resolved components' public headers, render bb_app_init.c (+sibling .cmake) from the topo-sorted entries
- add commands/codegen.py: resolves the composition once (reusing #758's graduated `bbtool autowire` resolve_composition/render_cmake_fragment), emits both the link-set fragment and bb_app_init.c; --components is required, matching autowire's graduated CLI (no --composition preset shortcut)
- fix: reject a duplicate or mis-tiered http_server provider marker with a hard WireError instead of silently emitting a double call
- annotate bb_log_stream_init/bb_log_config_init with // bbtool:init markers as the first real-world usage
- gitignore **/main/generated/ (codegen output) and **/__pycache__/, *.pyc
